We deliver all over the world, although our main clients want Habanos cigars from USA, UK and, the European Union in general: France, Italy(Germany buys many Davidoff cigars and Zino),and Japan;  we hope to send Havana cigars soon to China (Shanghai...) We ship your packages to the address you state, door to door on working days. We don't deliver to PO Boxes. We do not deliver any class of cigars inside Spain.

Select Express Mail (cheap, quick and sure) or DHL (from 2 to 4 days),for the shipment of your Havana cigars online from Spain (Habanos in spanish), dominican or Canary Island cigars.

Deliveries to USA or Canada only by Airmail Express Correos (Post and Fedex). Shipping to USA-Canada will take from 4 to 14 working days depending on the location.

Minimum order is 1 box. Maximum 2 boxes per order. Issue a new order in case you need more than 2 boxes. If you have any problem, contact us.

Returns:

In case you are not satisfied with the reception conditions or with the quality of your havana cigars, you only have to deliver them back and, once we have received them in our facilities inside the original packaging, we will make a new delivery or refund your money (except for your mailing costs). Anyway, send us first an e-mail, and wait our quick answer.


Currencies:

The prices in EUR are exact, since payment are made in EUR. Prices of the cigars in the rest of the currencies (US dollar, yen, sterling pound) are estimated prices. We bring up to date the exchange rates daily, but there could exist small fluctuations.


Taxes and duties:

Since we are located in the Spain we are able to provide you with low prices as you can benefit from our low taxes in your cuban cigars. All our products are taxed in Spain. Any local duties payable are the responsibility of the customer
