Payments and Shippings

Must be 18 years or older to purchase tobacco products.

We deliver all over the world. We ship your packages to the address you state, door to door on working days. We don't deliver to PO Boxes. We do not deliver inside Spain.

Select Express Mail or DHL (from 2 to 4 days).

Deliveries to USA only by Airmail Express (Post and Fedex). Shipping to USA will take from 4 to 14 working days depending on the location.

Minimum order is 1 box. Maximum 2 boxes per order. Issue a new order in case you need more than 2 boxes.

In case you are not satisfied with the reception conditions or with the quality of your cigars, you only have to deliver them back and, once we have received them in our facilities inside the original packaging, we will make a new delivery or refund your money (except for your mailing costs).


Currencies:

The prices in EUR are exact, since payment are made in EUR. Prices in the rest of the currencies 8US dollar, yen, sterling pound) are estimated prices. We bring up to date the exchange rates daily, but there could exist small fluctuations.


Taxes and duties:

Since we are located in the Spain we are able to provide you with low prices as you can benefit from our low taxes. All our products are taxed in Spain. Any local duties payable are the responsibility of the customer

Legislation

The purchases performed in HABANOCUBANCIGARS.COM are under the Spanish legislation and the rest of concordant legislation. Purchases are performed in Spain. HABANOCUBANCIGARS.COM and its customers would attend the Court of Madrid in order to solve any discrepancy or misunderstanding referring the interpreting of the purchasing agreement. The declaration of nullity of any of the purchasing conditions established, in case it is not an essential condition, would not suppose the nullity of all of the purchasing agreement, which would still be in force.
